Studying the CVD Process
These pages treat the Vultron case state model as an object of study rather than as something to implement. They ask how well coordinated vulnerability disclosure (CVD) works across many cases, how skill can be told apart from luck, and what else the model can describe. Nothing here is needed to adopt Vultron or to build a system that speaks it. The Case State model is the one prerequisite.
